Your-self-control is to direct you to perform your role, whether alone or in a team, to get to success employing all personal qualities proportionately in driving you to your successful behaviour in any situation. You should display the correct behaviour to succeed (that is in a SMART way.) You need the correct behaviour to start executing your plan or your team's plan. You need the correct behaviour to continue steadfastly doing your or your team's plan. You need the correct behaviour to finish doing your or your team's plan and start the cycle all over again. If you have more that one plan your behaviour required is exponentially multiplied. This is because you or your team's productivity depends on your process and how complicated or easy it is, your team that is working on the plan coupled with the team's stage of development and the quality of tools you are utilising to do your tasks. The things that act as your guardrails in doing what you have set yourself to do are simple. These are: your-purpose, your-personal-identity, your-shared-identity, your-values, your-emotions, your-goals, your-motives to list but a few out of the ball of personal qualities. Once you have set these they become your tools to implement your self-control. To over emphasize your need to focus on getting where you need to is to dwell more on your self-control.
