Your Self-Awareness is in Your Response to a Situation

You have confronted situations that revealed your self-awareness fitness. Your fitness should supply love and peace, patience, humility, self-control, gentleness, and goodness while exercising faith and joy in the best and positive outcome possible. When your display of these qualities falls short, all it means is you need a higher personal intelligence. That's all… No need to stress!  All you do is develop your personal intelligence.


Focus on self awareness

When you meditate on the truth that when you were born you came with everything that you will ever need in your life, then the question is where is your personal economy? The answer is you must find the real you hidden in the self. Your process of finding out these secrets constitutes your personal intelligence.


Acquaint Yourself With the Real You Hidden In Self

You will frequently notice that the underlying reason for you being able or not able to act in love, peace, patience or any of the other personal qualities is hidden in one or more of the 7 dimensions you should be intimately acquainted with.  Irrespective of the situation, for you to accelerate your journey you need to pay attention to your situation details.

Success In Situations Requires More Review of Self-awareness

when your display of personal qualities surmounts your situation, all it means is that you supplied equal or improved personal intelligence than the situation required. That's good! For this you will see good results.  For example, if you went for an interview or presentation for a job or business project, the result should be that you got it.

Learn From All Your Experiences of Successes and Failures

A highly self-aware person learns from any situation. Here it is useful to explore how the success or failure occurred and not just go ahead without learning from the reasons for the success or failure.  You will very often find root causes in the level of maturity of your personal 7 dimensions.

You Can Focus on One or More of The 7 Dimensions

Before you can decide what area amongst the 7 dimension to focus on, you should engage the situation asking what, why, who, where, when and how questions and pondering upon the response you get. You should document these in something like a step by step narration. Irrespective of whether the outcome was a negative or positive this approach works.

Narrating Your Way to High Self-awareness

One way to do this is through your own narration of the situation.  Of course, this is not the only way.  As you develop you will identify and use creative ways of doing this that are unique to your life-style.  One way of doing this is writing a narration of the situation in the same way you do with an accident report or when you make an insurance claim. You can also use a diagram such as a flowchart or event chart or any other way to describe the situation scenarios.  The best and easiest way to do this is use plain paper and pen, but you may explore some other survey based methods such as ALQ here.

Make It a Habit to Review Your Narration Frequently

You will be amazed by the wealth of self-awareness information that will start and continue to be revealed to you as you review your narration.  You may review your narration in different ways.  You can review by personally pondering upon the narration or use your spouse or best friend or use a peer group. For example, you can make use of close friends whom you know do not fear to tell you the truth.


Now, Let's Recall That Situation When You Needed a high Self-Awareness...


Did you respond with your intent to succeed in the Situation?

Did you acquaint yourself with the real you hidden in your self?

Do you know that success in a situation requires more review of your self-awareness?

Did you learn from all your experiences of successes and failures?

Did you focus on one or more of your 7 Dimensions?

Did your write a narration of your situation?

Have you made it a habit to review your narration frequently?
