May 11th 2018 #046How to Link Your Values Creativity & EfficacyAs an Aware, Engaged, Based, Oriented and Driven (AEBOD) leader you make your-values manifest in your life by employing your-individual-creativity while wrapping everything with Your Self Efficacy These three 'amigos' are forces that will work inside you, if and when you allow them, to produce the combined values-creativity-efficacy impact in your responses inside situations in which you find yourself. Then, slowly but sure, you will begin to notice changes from the combination of values-creativity-efficacy force than you can get from either your-values or your-individual-creativity or your-self-efficacy acting alone. After all, you are a complex inter-linking of intelligent organs as a human being. Your-Individual-Creativity is for Finding Intelligent Ways of Handling SituationsYour creativity is how you go about converting your stated intentions, through verbalizing, into actual live behaviours so that your words become your life. Its your intellectual consistency across dimensions that keeps your victory from ideas right through to material manifestation without losing focus. How do you do this? By linking one or more of your values to one or more of your strengths, which are inside your efficacy. Combining one of your values with one of your creativity provides you with an opportunity to make the value "materially tangible" in your life. Your-self-efficacy is What Pushes You To Do Values-Creativity-EfficacyThe inner strength you have is just amazing, in fact out of this world! Inner strength is not your physical strength. It is also not your soulical strength. It is your original spiritual strength, the real spirit material components that you are actually formed from. Take for an example your body's immune system. You know it is there every minute responding to your body's condition, defending you from attacks by external, hostile, and foreign-to-your-body elements. Your immune system does not wait for your explicit instructions or permission to go to work. When efficacy has become your-self-efficacy you flow into the action that is requisite at the time and you also restrain yourself from action when needed. Why Do I Use SBI?One day during my MBA studies I realised that as an employee and a best practices consultant in software development it was common practice to quickly learn a tool, process and tool guides, write a certification exam, become certified and get out to tell other companies what and how they should deploy software solutions to make profit or gain competitive advantage Then I discovered a question for myself. Why don't I develop my own products? I guess that was the best thing I learnt from my MBA studies. Of course the MBA instigated this behaviour in me. My MBA thesis supplied the business concept and material. Now I needed to get down to productivity. After a long research for the best in class tools for personal application, I found SBI. Initially I was sceptical, but as I explored the SBI process, the tools and the core SBI support team including the more than 380 business sites that are running on top of SBI, I realised I was home and dry. I hope you can enjoy as i am doing, slowly, step by step, just like the tortoise! Its a copycat cyclical game. You read, you check out some examples, you experiment on your own site and your release that part of your product and monitor it's performance.
