August 25th 2017 #011When You Understand Who You Really AreDo you accept and utilize who you really are through your personal identity? If to accept your personal identity is to take personal ownership of your individual identity, then use it. It is how you take ownership that is the key. However this is so intangible like the air you breath. The only time you realize you have got no air to breath is when you are suffocating or worse, you did not even see that coming. That is for you to sense that your personal identity is inside you, you need to get down to such a level that you now can notice things you were not taking notice of before. It's very much like becoming the 'ant man', in the movie Ant Man. When You Know Who You Really AreFor you to get at your-personal-identity you need another personal quality. This quality I call your-humility. The more you humble yourself to your personal identity the more your personal identity becomes clearer to you, just like learning to not only be an ant but to become the leader of the ants.
Is Your-Personal-Identity Driving You to, in, through, and out of Every Situation?Just like it took time, effort and commitment to become the 'ant man', so does your-personal-identity require of you. You should verbalize-your-identity and then act-your-identity. This is when things begin to be interesting. Just like the 'Ant Man' you will begin to learn how to support your life at the ant-level, or should I say, at your personal identity level. This level for you is your-personal-identity level, where it is your personal identity that plays the guitar, so to speak, and you just jive to your personal identity music as you follow same towards your allocated shared-group-identity. Just be consistent! Now, Let us Verbalize-Your-IdentityNow, one such verbalization that would suite your development into your-personal-identity is the following. Do not forget to meditate on your verbalization.

Why Do I Use SBI?One day during my MBA studies I realised that as an employee and a best practices consultant in software development it was common practice to quickly learn a tool, process and tool guides, write a certification exam, become certified and get out to tell other companies what and how they should deploy software solutions to make profit or gain competitive advantage Then I discovered a question for myself. Why don't I develop my own products? I guess that was the best thing I learnt from my MBA studies. Of course the MBA instigated this behaviour in me. My MBA thesis supplied the business concept and material. Now I needed to get down to productivity. After a long research for the best in class, I found SBI. Initially I was sceptical, but as I explored the SBI process, the tools and the core SBI support team including the more than 380 business sites that are running on top of SBI, I realised I was home and dry. I hope you can enjoy as i am doing, slowly, step by step, just like the tortoise! Its a copycat cyclical game. You read, you check out some examples, you experiment on your own site and your release that part of your product and monitor it's performance.
