September 29th 2017 #016Your Shared-Identity Is Like LivewareYour-shared-identity is a very powerful and dynamic resource at your disposal. For example, you most probably know that "birds of a feather fly together…" Well, you are correct. Do you also know how these birds come together? How they find one another? Which bird initiates the process? How do other birds find out this bird is the correct one to go to? When does this happen? For how long does each bird search for others and how does a bird (any bird) go about looking? I believe that all of these questions I have asked you, you can answer by focusing on your-personal-identity first. Begin with you own identity so that you can share what you know about yourself. One obvious thing you know about you is your-talents. There is Something You Are Good AtIts simply an impossible thing that there is nothing you are good at. If that is the case then the thing remaining is to find that good things that you excel at. Take an example of doors opening and remaining open. The truth is that you need one form of power to open a door. This might be you talent - to open doors. Then you need another form of power to keep the doors open. Your talent, when you sharpen it properly, will take you up the ranks through the situations of your chosen process and even get you the championship available in that process. Now You Have To Defend Your ChampionshipHere is where you need more than just your-talent, because things become a little bit complex. Your needs teams of personal qualities such as moving from your-personal-identity to your-shared-identity. This is your vital link. 
Pay Attention To Other Things Other Than Your TalentBy making sure that other things other than just your-talent also get sharpened to be on par with the level of sharpening of your-talent. For this to happen you need to challenge your up to now unexplored areas of your persona. This will take you upgrading your response ability to study your personal content and context and then re-study your implementation with relevant teams (more than one team) that are well resourced and available to challenge you all the time and at every turn and in real-time Now, learn to activate your shared identity, in the same way that computer hardware pieces will not work together if there is not software or liveware. Do not forget to call on your shared-identity.

Take this time to do just that and see how many of your shared identities you can bring out of you. Go ahead...Just identify your shared-identities.

Why Do I Use SBI?One day during my MBA studies I realised that as an employee and a best practices consultant in software development it was common practice to quickly learn a tool, process and tool guides, write a certification exam, become certified and get out to tell other companies what and how they should deploy software solutions to make profit or gain competitive advantage Then I discovered a question for myself. Initially I was sceptical, but as I explored the SBI process, the tools and the core SBI support team including the more than 380 business sites that are running on top of SBI, I realised I was home and dry. I hope you can enjoy as i am doing, slowly, step by step, just like the tortoise! Its a copycat cyclical game. You read, you check out some examples, you experiment on your own site and your release that part of your product and monitor it's performance.
