December 22nd 2017 #028This Time is a Season to Respond to Awareness Situations In Your Family Shared IdentityIt's a season for you to express your family-shared-identity. The year is full of very busy days, sometimes even after hours. Each one is busy addressing their own tasks and challenges to move forward - resolving your contractions of life in an amicable way. Come end of year and the tiredness accompanied with the general need to just switch off and take a well deserved break is at hand. It is time for your more focussed low touch on loved ones using your family awareness personal qualities or what some may call your family servant-like relational quotient. This I call your family-shared-identity. Your Biggest Gift Is Your Active PresenceAll other things you can bring (to the party, so to speak) fall under the category of acceptable and good to those you brings the things to. Your active physical presence, now here and now there, fulfilling a seemingly invisible role but one that your loved ones will never forget is your actual active gift that you can call the perfect gift. It is like the main course meal and the starters. You focus on the main course. So Give Them Your Best!What remains to be seen is your availability and your active participation. Give them your best, which includes your five types of resources - your-information, your-time, your-money, your-technology, and your-person. Your-person, though, should be prepared to the third degree to engage with family. To do this you need the set of personal-qualities, inside you, already cooked and ready (as as buffet) to be enjoyed by your family, in whatever way possible, while you sustain yourself with loving patience, counsel and wisdom. This is the essence of your awareness situations inside your family-shared-identity. Just a side note:Do you notice that your-patience, your-counsel and your-wisdom are neither monetary currencies nor cryptocurrencies. These belong to a significantly higher family of currencies, let alone the markets in which they operate! Now, your awareness is growing, enjoy! Why Do I Use SBI?One day during my MBA studies I realised that as an employee and a best practices consultant in software development it was common practice to quickly learn a tool, process and tool guides, write a certification exam, become certified and get out to tell other companies what and how they should deploy software solutions to make profit or gain competitive advantage Then I discovered a question for myself. Why don't I develop my own products? I guess that was the best thing I learnt from my MBA studies. Of course the MBA instigated this behaviour in me. My MBA thesis supplied the business concept and material. Now I needed to get down to productivity. After a long research for the best in class tools for personal application, I found SBI. Initially I was sceptical, but as I explored the SBI process, the tools and the core SBI support team including the more than 380 business sites that are running on top of SBI, I realised I was home and dry. I hope you can enjoy as i am doing, slowly, step by step, just like the tortoise! Its a copycat cyclical game. You read, you check out some examples, you experiment on your own site and your release that part of your product and monitor it's performance.
